Biscotti are very versatile cookies. With a good base recipe you can make any kind of biscotti you like! In the cookies I made most recently, I used maple sugar, no almond extract and added pecans instead of cranberries and pistachios.It's a fairly simple recipe, but makes a delicious batch of cookies!
